State Library Tour and Training Registration Form

Did you know that through the statewide online catalog you can access library collections across North Dakota? Are you aware you can find reliable, accurate information for both work related and personal research through the State Library’s Online Library Resources? Did you know the ND State Library maintains a collection of over 300,000 items including books, magazines, journals, audio and video materials, state documents, and federal documents? Did you know the State Library reference staff is available to assist state employees with work related research?

If any of these things interest you, let us introduce you to one of our services. All state employees are invited to an orientation of the North Dakota State Library. This orientation includes a tour of our collection and an introductory course on using the new ODIN catalog and the electronic resources. We will even sign you up for a library card, and you can check out books the same day!  Our orientations are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Library Memorial Building starting in North Dakota State Library Reading Room.  There is no cost for this training, it’s free.

If you would like to register for a training session, please fill out this form as completely as possible.  Limit for the training is seven.
