You will support the mission of the North Dakota State Library by:
- Acquiring all physical library materials for various collections
- Examining purchases received and reconciling them with invoices
- Following up with vendors on production and delivery issues
- Maintaining purchasing, subscription, and holding information for serials and other standing orders
- Checking in, processing, and shelving all state document serials and any other serials received
- Receiving, stamping, sorting, and distributing all state documents received
- Processing, organizing, and maintaining all electronic state document serials to ensure they are accessible to the public
- Reviewing state agency websites for new electronic docs to download
