Professional development is so important to librarians. In addition to the day-to-day operations of our libraries, we need to keep up on rising trends in libraries, to get a handle on the basic skills, or discover new programs or services that we can provide for our patrons. Often, we find ourselves not able to attend a scheduled webinar, either because it does not fit our busy schedules, or it has a fee that we just can’t afford to pay.
